Welcome to Reputation Toolbox (“Service”), owned and operated by Dijidl Marketing Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Reputation Toolbox is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides tools for generating reviews, automating feedback requests, managing customer reputation, and related services for home-service professionals.

The Service is offered online on a subscription basis.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service and have the legal authority to enter into this Agreement.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

4. Subscription & Billing

The Service is billed on a recurring subscription basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selection). When you start a subscription, you authorize Dijidl Marketing Inc. to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Prices may change with notice posted on our website or emailed to your account.

Subscription services may include a free trial period. Details of the free trial, including duration and billing terms, are disclosed at the time of signup.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from within your account or by contacting [email protected].
Your access will continue through the end of your current billing period.
No prorated refunds are provided.

6. Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable.
Due to the instant digital nature of the Service, no refunds are issued once billing occurs.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the platform to send spam, unlawful messages, or unsolicited communications.

Interfere with or disrupt the Service.

Reverse engineer, copy, or attempt to extract source code from the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating acceptable use.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and processing of your data under that policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Dijidl Marketing Inc. is not liable for:

Loss of revenue

Loss of data

Business interruption

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the preceding 30 days.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms or for nonpayment. You may terminate at any time via account cancellation.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
